RESPONSIBILITIES Own the development and execution of product ranges from concept through to delivery Build commercially strong assortments aligned to brand, performance, and customer demand Partner with Design to create product that balances function, style, and wearability Manage supplier relationships, negotiating costs, timelines, and production outcomes REQUIREMENTS 4–6 years’ experience in buying, merchandising, or product development within fashion or activewear Strong commercial acumen with proven product and trading experience Experience working with offshore suppliers and negotiating cost prices Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Passion for activewear, performance, and community-led brands Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
